Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is beginning to impact lots of folks across the nation, but we know the cure for it, and it’s happy hour. It’s literally in the name you guys. Our new AtmoLife contributor seschneider40 explains the correct way to happy hour this season.
FROM THE INTERWEBS
I might get to snowboard this year! Last year the Northeast got squat for snow. I really shouldn’t complain here because winter, especially in the northeast, is awful, and last year apparently “we got it easy” whatever the hell that means. I miss Texas, but I digress. If you are a sane human being and believe winter and snow are exclusively good for ski trips, you’re in luck this year. Snow is already in the forecast (wunderground) for the North Country mountains.
Typhoon Haima made landfall last night near Hong Kong with winds equivalent to a category 1. The winds have since weakened but inland flooding is still a major concern for Southeast China. The Weather Channel has a comprehensive recap of the storm.
